Every RIDGEFORCE dash cam is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you confidence that your investment in road safety is protected.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Camera or recording malfunctions under normal use

What's not covered

• Physical damage from accidents, drops, or misuse
• Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear

How to claim

Email info@ridgeforce.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. We'll get back to you with next steps.
